 BRULEE AL LIMONE

A centre of cool lemon sorbet surrounded by a creamy lemon filling topped with caramelised Demerara sugar and a lemon twist.

A refreshing ice sorbet, drizzled with fresh fruit coulis.

COPPA ITALIA

Three generous scoops of strawberry, vanilla and mint choc-chip, topped with a fruit coulis, fresh cream and finished with a sweet wafer.

CREPE BRASILIANA

Sliced bananas, dipped in syrup, wrapped in a pancake, served hot with fresh cream and topped with roasted almond flakes and chocolate sauce.

CHOCOLATE DUO

A light sponge pudding with real white and dark chocolate pieces, served warm and drizzled with crème Anglaise.

PROFITEROLES

A fountain of cream, surrounded by choux pastry profiteroles filled with fresh cream, and drizzled with melted chocolate.

STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING

A soft sponge pudding covered in sticky toffee sauce, served hot with fresh cream.
